  Would give no stars if i could!! Had an engraving made on some water bottles. When giving them the quote to engrave I was never asked to review it. When I came back to get my bottles there was a typo. The owner told me it was my fault because I reviewed it and that's what I wanted. I told her no I was never asked to review it and the quote was read off a picture i had saved in my phone word for word she replied "are you calling my employee a liar? Which i said well i guess yes since you're calling me a liar. She continued to blame me instead of actually helping me out or even just apologizing for there mistake. Poor customer service, very rude and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.
